I teach voice lessons to brand new beginners up to intermediate singers. I give 30 minute, 45 minute, or one hour lessons typically held once a week.

The most intimate of all instruments is the voice, in my opinion. Whereas with piano, guitar, drums or any other instrument, a musician manipulates a devise to make sounds. The instrument is a medium of communication from the musician to the audience. With singing there is no device to manipulate; your voice directly communicates to the audience which makes the voice one of the most powerful instruments, also. A singer can convey remarkably detailed and nuanced feelings through the tone and dynamics of their voice. Not to mention, the ability to put words to song makes the voice able to communicate thoughts and feelings that other instruments can’t. Singing is an activity we start before we even have memories of doing so, and it will stay with us throughout life!
